  • Set up an iPad-first signing flow at the front desk with the canonical form versions and a clean PDF export.
  • Trained the front-desk team on the new flow during normal sessions, no after-hours training required.

How we resolved it

  • Parents sign on an iPad at the front desk, walk out with a confirmation email, and the clinic has a clean signed PDF in its records the same minute.
  • No more re-signs from illegible scans, and no more lost forms in transit between clinic and BCBA office.
