Community Vision
Fairness, equal access, and non-discrimination commitments.
POLICY: The Company is committed to building a fair community where everyone is treated equally. Across every part of its operations, and at every level of the organization, the Company does not discriminate based on, but not limited to, ethnicity, language, race, age, ability, sex, sexual or gender identity, sexual orientation, family status, income, immigrant or refugee status, nationality, place of birth, generational status, or political or religious affiliation. The Company welcomes everyone to take part fully and to have full access to its services, employment, governance, and volunteer opportunities. The Company works to keep its structure, policies, and systems reflective of the whole community, and to provide equal access for all.
PROCEDURES: The Company builds the principles in this policy into every related policy and procedure, so that fairness and equal treatment guide everything it does. Anyone who feels they have been harassed or discriminated against at the Company is encouraged to use the appropriate policies and procedures to raise their concerns or file a complaint.
