Introduction

POLICY: Behavior analysis services are highly structured intervention strategies and approaches provided to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase or reinforce appropriate behaviors. This policy is intended for use by providers that render behavior analysis services to eligible recipients. It must be used in conjunction with any applicable service-specific and claim reimbursement policies with which providers must comply.
