Introductory Period

More actions

Full time and part time employees are on an introductory period during their first 90 days of employment. Cancelling or missing scheduled training or work during this period may result in termination of employment.

During the introductory period, your supervisor will explain your job responsibilities and the performance standards expected of you. Keep in mind that your job responsibilities may change at any time during your employment. From time to time you may be asked to work on special projects or to assist with other work that is necessary or important to the operation of your department or the Company, and your cooperation in performing such additional work is expected. During this time you will be able to determine whether the role is a good fit for you, and your Human Resources manager will have the opportunity to evaluate your performance. Completion of the introductory period does not guarantee employment for any period of time thereafter, and your status as an at will employee does not change. The Company reserves the right at any time, with or without notice, to alter or change job responsibilities, reassign or transfer positions, or assign additional responsibilities.
