Garnishment and Child Support

When an employee's wages are garnished pursuant to a court order, the Company is legally obligated to withhold the amount specified in the order from the employee's paycheck. The Company will, however, observe federal and applicable Florida guidelines that protect a portion of an employee's earnings from garnishment.
