Performance Reviews

More actions

Your performance matters to the Company. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Autism Technicians (BCATs) receive performance reviews every six months.

All non Behavior Technician staff receive performance reviews annually (every twelve months).

The performance review program is intended to support a clearer understanding between you and your supervisor or human resources manager regarding your job performance, your potential, and your development within the Company.

New employees will generally receive their first review six months after the end of their 90 day introductory period.
