The Company will make every reasonable effort to notify employees in advance when it is not necessary to report to work. Such circumstances may include inclement weather, fire, flood, power outage, or lack of work. If a nonexempt employee reports to work without having been notified in advance that services were not needed, he or she will be compensated in accordance with applicable federal and Florida wage and hour laws.
