Hazard Communication

More actions

The Company may use certain chemicals (for example, cleaning compounds and inks) in some of its operations. If you will use or are likely to be exposed to any such substances, you should receive training and become familiar with their handling, use, storage, and control measures. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available for review in your work area, and you must follow all labeling requirements. These practices are consistent with the federal OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200.

Please consult with the designated safety officer before purchasing chemicals for the Company or bringing any chemicals onto Company premises. For additional information, refer to the Company's written Hazard Communication Program. If you have questions, ask your safety officer or office manager.
