Smoking in the Workplace

The Company is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors. Consistent with the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act (Florida Statutes Chapter 386) and Article X, Section 20 of the Florida Constitution, smoking is prohibited inside enclosed Company workplaces. The use of electronic cigarettes and other vapor-generating devices is also prohibited indoors under the same law.

Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas and only in accordance with any posted requirements regarding distance from building entrances and similar restrictions.

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge.
