In an Emergency
Your supervisor or Human Resources should be notified immediately whenever an emergency occurs. Emergencies include accidents, medical situations, bomb threats, other threats of violence, and the smell of smoke. If your supervisor or Human Resources is unavailable, contact the nearest Company official.
If an emergency requires the Company to communicate information to employees outside of business hours, your supervisor or Human Resources will reach out to you. For that reason, it is important that you keep your personal emergency contact information current and that you notify Human Resources whenever this information changes.
If events warrant evacuation of the building, follow the instructions of your supervisor, Human Resources, or any other member of management. Leave the building quickly and in an orderly manner, and assemble at the predetermined location communicated to you so that you can receive further instructions or information.
Please direct any questions about the Company's emergency procedures to your supervisor or to Human Resources.
