Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational needs.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
- Implement effective communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills.
Compliance and Recordkeeping:
- Ensure compliance with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
Policy Development:

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee well-being.
Team Leadership and Development:

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with office and other related management software.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Eligibility for "pass" level II background screening.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (E-verify).
