Holidays

The Company observes a set of holidays each calendar year by closing for business. A holiday is observed on the day on which it actually falls, and the schedule of observed holidays is typically announced in advance. Because the Company is closed on these days, holidays are unpaid days off for nonexempt employees, and PTO may not be used to cover holiday closures.
