Attendance and Punctuality

Showing up reliably and on time is essential to your success at the Company. We operate as a team, and that means each person needs to be in the right place at the right time so that patients, families, and coworkers can count on us.

If you anticipate being late or unable to work a scheduled shift, contact the Company's headquarters office as far ahead as the situation allows, and in any event no later than 24 hours before the start of your workday.

Personal obligations that take you away from work, such as medical appointments or other private matters, should be arranged outside of your scheduled working hours whenever that is practical.

An employee who is absent for more than three consecutive days without contacting the Company will be presumed to have voluntarily abandoned the position and may be removed from the payroll.
