If You Must Leave Us
If you decide to leave your employment with the Company, we ask that you provide Human Resources with at least two weeks' written notice in advance of your last day. Your courtesy is appreciated and will be noted favorably should you ever wish to apply for re-employment with the Company.
Employees who are rehired following a break in service of more than 30 days, other than an approved leave of absence, must serve a new 90-day introductory period regardless of whether such a period was previously completed. Rehired employees are treated as new employees from the effective date of re-employment for all purposes, including the calculation of benefits.
All Company property must be returned upon termination of employment. The Company may take legal action to recover Company property or the replacement cost of any property that is not returned.
Final wages will be paid in accordance with applicable Florida law. If your address changes after your separation, please notify the Company before the end of the calendar year so that your Form W-2 and any other tax information can be sent to the correct address.
