Visitors
Limiting access to Company premises helps maintain safety, deters theft, secures equipment, protects patient privacy and other confidential information, supports employee well-being, and prevents distractions and disruptions. For these reasons, only authorized visitors are permitted on Company premises. All authorized visitors, including friends, family, and former coworkers, must sign in at the front desk and must remain escorted by a Company employee at all times.
The employee being visited is responsible for the conduct of the guest. If a guest behaves in a way that disrupts normal operations or threatens the safety of the Company or its employees, the host employee may be held accountable and may face discipline up to and including termination.
The Company reserves the right to inspect the contents of packages and bags brought onto the premises by visitors.
If you observe or suspect any unusual situation, alert your supervisor without delay.
