New Employee Referral Bonus

The Company may, at its discretion, pay a bonus to any current employee who refers an applicant who is hired by the Company into a full-time or part-time position. The bonus is payable upon the new employee's successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and the six-month performance review. The referring employee must still be employed by the Company on the date the bonus is paid. Employee referrals should be submitted to Human Resources.
