Human Resources and your supervisor are responsible for initiating on-the-job training. Training may include safety instruction, off-site sessions, and continuing education when needed for safe and effective job performance. Whenever possible, training is scheduled within regular working hours.

The Company pays for any training programs it requires you to complete. From time to time, employees may be tested to assess the effectiveness of the training.
